You only need to sign up once & the paperwork is only two pages long with less than a dozen questions to answer.
Being an insurance form it does repeat itself a bit, but it should take less than five minutes to fill out.
You can sign up on the day, minutes before you book the car or you can print off the paperwork, fill it out & bring it with you to save time.
Whether or not you fill out the paperwork & bring it with you, you must bring you driving licence with you on your first visit so we can photocopy it, you can't bring a photocopy with you. If you've got a new licence then ideally we need both parts, but we can manage with just the photocard. On your first visit you will also need to bring some other form of ID with your address on it, like a utility bill.
If your circumstances change, such as a new address, an accident (in other car), some new points on the licence or you get a new payment card, then you need to let us know before you use the car again so we can update our files.
